About

Objectives

  • To develop and implement the physical support system of the Institute.

  • To provide the manpower services that oversee and secure proper maintenance of all physical developments through maintenance and repairs of infrastructures in the Institute.

  • To expedite processing of all program of works, projects and other physical development in the Institute.

  • To prepare and submit reports to the management and other divisions all finished and on-going projects for reference and for decision making purposes of the higher authorities.

scope

  • The Physical Plant Division (PPD) presently caters to the Institute needs, specifically in all its physical development, in response to its growth as the leading University of Mindanao.

  • The office provides and maintains the Institute’s physical environment for work, education, research, and community service. Its area of responsibility includes: 9 (nine) hectares of land area, 12 buildings, roads and pathways, upkeep of grounds and parking spaces, water supply and drainage, and power utilities.
